Off the Soundboard: San Antonio, TX 1985
will be available internationally as a 3LP set and in
digital format only. However, Japan will be the only country
to receive a CD release, a special item granted by KISS
exclusively for their dedicated Japanese fans who have
passionately supported the band for over half a century
since their 1974 debut. The Japanese edition comes in SHM-CD
format and is a Japan-exclusive release.
Legendary
rock band KISS presents the sixth installment of their
popular official live bootleg series, "Off the Soundboard."
This release captures their concert on December 3, 1985, at
the HemisFair Arena in San Antonio, Texas. Featuring Paul
Stanley (g, vo), Gene Simmons (b, vo), Eric Carr (ds, vo),
and Bruce Kulick (g, vo), the recording showcases a
performance from their U.S. tour supporting the album
Asylum, which was released in September of the same year.
The setlist includes then-new tracks such as "Tears Are
Falling" and "Uh! All Night." This marks the first
soundboard live recording from KISS's Asylum Tour after
officially welcoming Bruce Kulick as the band's guitarist.
